Terms of Use

Draft, pending legal review. This text may change before PeakMere launches.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms apply to the PeakMere app and the peakmere.com website (together, "PeakMere"), provided by PEAKMERE LLC, a Colorado company. By using PeakMere you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use PeakMere.

1. Information only

PeakMere gives general information to help rideshare drivers plan their time. It is not a dispatch service, it does not assign rides, and it is not professional, legal or financial advice. You decide where and when to drive.

2. Estimates, not guarantees

Arrival numbers, passenger counts, curb timing, event end times, alerts and every other figure in PeakMere are estimates built from public data and statistics. Data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and events can change without notice. We do not guarantee that any estimate is accurate, complete or available.

3. No promise of earnings

PeakMere does not promise or predict how much you will earn. Rides, fares, tips and waiting times depend on things outside our control, including the platforms you drive for.

4. Drive safely

  • Never use PeakMere while driving. Check it before you drive or when you are safely parked.
  • Always obey traffic laws, airport rules (including waiting lots and pickup areas) and the rules of the platforms you drive for.
  • Alerts about weather, lightning, road closures or transit are for planning only. Follow official instructions and warnings.

5. Independence

PeakMere is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Uber, Lyft, any other rideshare platform, any airport, airline, venue or transit agency, or any government agency. All trademarks belong to their owners; names of companies, airports and venues are used only to identify them. PeakMere never connects to, reads or controls your rideshare accounts or apps.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse PeakMere. In particular, do not:

  • copy, scrape or resell PeakMere data in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on our servers;
  • try to get around rate limits, security or privacy protections, or to identify other users;
  • send false, abusive or unlawful content through our forms or any optional sharing feature.

7. Third-party data and links

PeakMere uses data from public and third-party sources under their terms, and the app shows the credits those sources require. Links to other services, such as ticket sellers, are provided for convenience, and those services are responsible for their own content.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop any part of PeakMere at any time, for example when a data source changes. If we ever offer paid features, we will show the price and terms before you pay.

9. Disclaimer

PeakMere is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PEAKMERE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost earnings, fares or time, arising from your use of PeakMere or from reliance on any estimate. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will also tell you in the app. Using PeakMere after a change means you accept the updated terms.
